I ordered a few bits from JoJo Maman Bébé, like some baby clothes, a little outfit, and a couple of everyday basics, but I ended up sending some back because the sizing just wasn’t quite right. Some things came up bigger than expected, some felt a bit snug, and a couple just didn’t fit how I thought they would.

The return itself got delivered quickly, so I assumed the refund would follow soon after, but it took ages to show up. I kept checking my bank, then my emails, then the tracking, then my account, and in the end I had to chase them. The reply I got was basic, just telling me to wait a bit longer, which wasn’t exactly helpful.

The items were nice, to be fair, and I do like their designs, the quality, and the cute little details, but the refund process really put me off. If refunds were quicker, I’d probably order again without thinking too much, but after waiting that long and having to chase, I’m not in a rush tbh.

They feel really comfy overall and fit nicely. I wore them around for a while and was happy with them, then suddenly, wow, they’re definitely a bit snug. Still like them, just wish there was a tiny bit more room.

The tracking was actually good and I could see the parcel updates, but what’s the point if they still can’t get it here on time? It only arrived a bit late, but that’s on them and it was still annoying.

I ordered a couple of baby grows from jojomamanbebe.co.uk because I expected the fabric to be lovely and soft, especially given the price. Unfortunately, they felt rough straight out of the bag, which was disappointing.

I did wash them to see if they would soften up, but there wasn’t much improvement. For baby clothes, I’d expect a much gentler feel, and my little one didn’t seem very comfortable in them. Sadly, I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I like the stuff they have, and my sister actually pointed out a few cute pieces too, but the sizing was out of stock again when I checked. Bit frustrating because I would’ve bought more if they’d had the sizes available.

I bought a couple of baby outfits and they really are cute when you first see them. But once I actually tried using them day to day, they became more hassle than anything. The tiny buttons are in the most awkward places, changing a wriggly baby takes forever, and the fabric seems to take ages to dry after washing.

For the price, I expected them to be much more practical. In the end, I kept reaching for the cheaper supermarket clothes because they were just easier. It’s a shame because I wanted to love them, but they left me feeling disappointed.

I bought this baby outfit to give as a gift, i was a little unsure when it arrived. The outfit itself seemed okay, I guess, but the packaging looked cheap and the delivery was late. I felt kind of embarrassed handing it over, so I’m not sure I’d pick this again if it was meant to be a present.

I’ve been a bit disappointed with the selection recently. There just doesn’t seem to be much choice, especially when it comes to sizes and colours. I expected more from them, and when I asked about it, I felt a little talked down to rather than helped.

I really wanted to like the site more because JoJo Maman Bebe does have lovely stuff, but the design feels a bit dated to me. Some pages are cute, and then others suddenly look like they invited every button and banner they could find to the party.

The colours and fonts don’t always feel like they belong together, and scrolling around to find simple things got more annoying than it probably needed to be. The product photos are fine, but the layout could definitely do with a tidy-up.
Overall, it’s not a terrible website, just not a very fresh-feeling one. The products are nice, but the site style feels like it’s trying to be charming and accidentally landed somewhere near cluttered.

I’d say the order confirmation showed up within a few minutes or so, and everything looked fine. No issues on my end.

I only wore it twice and the zip already broke, actually, not even twice properly, because it gave out so quickly. Disappointing quality.
